Charles “Tots” Victor, age 82. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Victor married for 43 happy years. Loving father of Kenneth and Jeff (Andrea) Victor; cherished grandfather of Frankie and Jacob; loving partner of Judy Reicin; adored brother of Bob (Rita) Victor; treasured uncle to many nieces and nephews. Graveside service Tues, 10/10, 12:00pm at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation.
